In 2018., the operations of the Tobacco Factory Sarajevo (FDS) were restructured, resulting in establishment of its legal successor – the holding Badeco Adria JSC.
As part of the diversification of the newly established holding, within the same year begins the story of the finest food – Fine Food LLC. Through investments in a state-of-art production plant, the goal was to create a new leader in the Bosnian market, but also to create a notable competitor in markets around the world.
Our vision is to become a leading company in the production of delicious and high-quality products, recognizable throughout the region and the world, which meet the highest standards and customer needs. Consequently, since our establishment, we have been dedicated to developing an urban food culture, striving to provide a unique gastronomic experience to our consumers.
The company’s headquarters are in Sarajevo, and today we employ more than 200 employees within various sectors. By implementing ISO 9001: 2015, HACCP, Halal, and IFS certificates, we have completed a very important journey, where the quality of our products has been officially confirmed. As an environmentally conscious company, using the latest generation technologies, we strive to reduce our footprint in the environment to the lowest possible level.
In addition to bakery products, sweets and ready-made dishes of superior taste, our stores have the recognizable visual identity and design that provides a unique experience and pleasure in every purchase. By our own example, we want to raise the gastronomy of Bosnia and Herzegovina to a new level, combining authenticity and tradition with a modern way of life and new technologies.
As an export-oriented food industry, we base our development strategy on further expansion of the range of deep-frozen doughs, pastries, and confectionery, but also on continuous investment in new technologies, further modernization of the production plant and increase of production capacities.
